StairWorld designs, manufactures, delivers and installs custom pre-fabricated stair and railing systems. In-house design capability covers the full range from basic stairs, to “showcase” systems involving exotic species, unusual materials or complex design elements.

A parts division supplies wood and metal stair and railing components to stair builders across Canada and the United States.

The Home Exterior Experts

Olsen Home Exteriors supplies and installs roofing, siding and window products for both the new home construction and renovation markets.

A retail division supplies landscaping and masonry products to contractors and home owners.

Marshalling Services

KOTT North specializes in material supply, logistics and marshalling services for construction projects in the North. As one of Canada’s largest pro-dealers, KOTT has the product knowledge, buying relationships, financial stability, physical space and manpower required to meet any of your construction needs.
