Come grow with us.

Experience our values and our culture

If you visit one of our lumber yards today, you’ll see some of the same faces that were with us when we first opened our doors. Over the years, KOTT employees have seized the opportunity to move from one KOTT Group company to another, or to move from jobs in the yard to jobs in the office.

We think that’s a testament to the kind of workplace we’ve created. We know that our employees are our most important assets – and we treat them that way.

At KOTT we offer our employees:

  • The opportunity to be part of a company that’s growing – in an industry that’s stable
  • A corporate culture that’s based on a strong work ethic and solid values
  • Competitive pay and a generous benefits program

If that sounds like the kind of opportunity you’re looking for, you’ve come to the right place.
